Frank Nixon

Managing Principal & Founder

Frank Nixon is the Founder and Managing Principal of N'site Financial Group LLC, a fully independent diversified financial solutions provider, connecting the capital needs of small business owners with practical and credible funding choices. He has over 25 years’ experience in banking, financial advisory, general management and marketing.

Mr. Nixon managed bank branches for several major banks throughout Chicagoland (including Chase, Bank of America, CharterOne and TCF). He prioritized exceptional customer service while consistently exceeding new account, deposit and lending goals. He made sure his bankers always focused on customer needs and provided thorough and timely responsiveness to their issues. While in banking he also managed relationships with small business owners, providing cash flow advice while helping them secure loans to fund their enterprises.

Under his leadership, Frank provided inspiration, focus and direction to branch employees and championed community involvement with his peers. Mr. Nixon has been recognized multiple times for outstanding branch performance and had served as a regional coordinator for community outreach.

Prior to banking, as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, he advised clients on investment options, strategies and opportunities, he quickly established a reputation for making risk-appropriate, well-researched recommendations based primarily on the needs of client.

Frank’s breadth of experience goes beyond financial services, he’s a former media buyer/planner for a major Chicago-based advertising agency.  He planned media strategies as a key part of the client’s overall marketing objective, he also
selected, negotiated and purchased media time and space for major advertising campaigns.

Mr. Nixon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University. He attended Illinois State University; completed additional accounting coursework at DePaul University: earned a certificate in
Business Valuation & Corporate Credit Analysis from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management; and gained valuable supplementary commercial finance training from Illinois Bankers Association.

Frank has served the community in many ways. He has mentored youth through his fraternity and other community groups; participated in various Chicago Cares community enhancement events; taught financial literacy
to a multitude of community, church and school groups; helped build a playground with KaBoom; actively participates in Junior Achievement; developed a series of entrepreneurial-centered workshops; presented entrepreneurial
workshops at neighborhood libraries in Chicago and the southern suburbs.
